At rivora, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

Due to the nature of our dropshipping business, we accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item is significantly different from its description.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the item
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling.
  • Products showing normal wear and tear.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will issue one of the following:

  • A full refund to your original payment method; or
  • A replacement item at no additional cost.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Delays

As we work with international suppliers, shipping times may vary. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
